PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have added your desired items to your Cart, click on the icon in the top right hand corner to view, remove or update items added to your Cart.
When you are ready to place order click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. It is important you enter the correct information for your order on the ‘Checkout’ page – particularly your contact information and delivery address (if required). If you can not be contacted, we will cancel your order.
Please check order is correct. Prices are inclusive of GST. Make sure to tick read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
Delivery cost will be calculated and emailed, after your order has been placed. If you do not wish to pay for delivery, you are welcome to pick up from our office. Note for pick-ups payment must be made beforehand.
AD iPrint will ship anywhere in New Zealand. Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered unless otherwise stated. Delivery may take longer during periods where a high volume of orders are received and subjected to suppliers’ availability, if so you will be informed.
All orders will be delivered by a standard courier service within New Zealand. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box by using this service, therefore please provide a physical address.
If you require delivery to a PO BOX address please contact us to make other arrangement for delivery.

Please note Cart Total does not include cost for Delivery.
To ensure pricing is accurate, delivery cost will be calculated after order has been placed and will be confirmed by email.

HOW TO PAY
We currently only accept payment via Bank Transfer
Direct Bank Transfer
Once order is placed, you will be sent an automated email receipt for your order, along with our account details for Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID (without #) as the payment reference. Order won’t be shipped or available for pick-up until the funds have cleared in our account.
If you choose to pick up order from our office, please advise in the ‘NOTES’ section of your order form. Orders will only be available to be picked up once payment has been accepted.
We provide an estimate of production time for each product in the description as a guideline, however this is not a guarantee and is subject to change and availability.
If you require urgency or please contact us directly. Extra charges may apply.
Some of our products can be customized to your specifications, such as printable items like our business cards or flags. Please upload files required for custom items on the contact page, along with any extra specifications. Items will only be printed once payment has been received via Direct Bank Transfer and final artwork has been confirmed.
If files require any design work for products ordered – such as arrangement or final file creation, an additional fee will be added to order per request. Fee will be added on to Total Costs after order is placed. You will be notified by email of any additional costs. We also provide design services via Kings AD Media.
